What counts as an attendee?

Anyone who joins your event on Eventable: people you invite or import, and people who join with your event link or access code. Speakers, sponsors and your admins count too.

What happens if more people register?

Move up to the next plan whenever you need to and pay only the difference between the two prices. There are no overage or penalty charges.

Do attendees have to pay?

No. Eventable is always free for attendees.

Do attendees need to download an app?

No. Eventable runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Attendees can add it to their home screen if they like.

How long does access last?

Each event plan includes 12 months' access from when your event is set up.

Can I run multiple events?

Yes. Each event has its own plan, and we offer discounted pricing for organisers running several events a year. Get in touch to talk about portfolio pricing.

Can I use my own event branding?

Yes. Add your event logo (with separate light and dark versions if you have them) and your brand colours, and your attendees see your event, not ours.

Setting up is designed to take minutes, but if you'd like help importing attendees or building your agenda, contact us and we'll talk it through.
