These terms apply when you use Eventable at eventable.ai and app.eventable.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you have questions, please contact us.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Eventable.
- Access to an event is controlled by its organiser, who can grant or remove access.
Acceptable use
When using Eventable you agree not to:
- post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- upload photos of people who would reasonably object, or share others’ personal information without permission;
- send spam or unsolicited promotions through messages, posts or the contact form;
- try to access accounts, events or data you aren’t authorised to, or disrupt or overload the Service.
Organisers and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a licence to store, display and share it within the event you posted it to, and with that event’s organisers, so we can run the Service. You can delete your posts at any time. The licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies kept in backups for a limited period.
Organisers
If you run an event on Eventable, you’re responsible for the event content you add, for having the right to invite the people on your guest list, and for how you use attendee data and feedback that you can access as an organiser.
Early access and pricing
Eventable is currently free during early access. We may introduce paid plans for organisers in future and will give reasonable notice before any charges apply. Attendees will not be charged.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Eventable running smoothly but can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. We’ll give notice of changes that significantly affect you where we can.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Ending your use
You can stop using Eventable at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know in the app or by email.
