Eventable started as the app for Festival of AI. Attendees were juggling printed agendas, group chats, a separate livestream link and paper feedback forms — and organisers had no single place to bring it all together.
So we built one: an agenda you can personalise, livestreams, a forum and live chat, networking, photo sharing and feedback, all in a single web app that works on any device without a download. The same platform now runs other events too, including TubeFest, each with its own branding.
What we care about
- Engagement over attendance. Points, leaderboards and photo competitions give people a reason to take part.
- Feedback that's actually used. Speakers and organisers see ratings while the event is still fresh.
- Simplicity. Sign in with Google or email and you're in — no app store required.
